Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Supalytics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Supalytics is a web analytics service that helps website owners understand their traffic without compromising visitor privacy. We provide:

  • Pageview and visitor tracking
  • Traffic source analysis
  • Geographic and device breakdowns
  • Session duration and bounce rate metrics

Account Registration

To use Supalytics, you must:

  • Create an account with a valid email address
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Supalytics to:

  • Track websites you don't own or have permission to track
  • Collect data in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to circumvent our privacy protections
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

Your Websites

When you add a website to Supalytics:

  • You represent that you own or have permission to track that website
  • You are responsible for informing your visitors about analytics collection
  • You agree to use our tracking script only on authorized domains
  • You may optionally mention Supalytics in your privacy policy

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Supalytics and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your analytics data. We make no claim over the data you collect through our Service.

Data and Privacy

Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • We don't collect personal data from your website visitors
  • We don't use cookies or localStorage for tracking
  • We don't sell or share your data with third parties
  • All data is stored in the European Union

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we'll try to notify you in advance)
  • Unscheduled maintenance for critical updates
  • Factors beyond our control

Pricing and Payments

  • Free tier: Available with usage limits
  • Paid plans: Billed monthly or annually
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  1. Going to Settings in your dashboard
  2. Clicking "Delete Account"
  3. Confirming the deletion

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended inactivity (free accounts)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supalytics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Sending an email for material changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware). For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
