Affiliate Program Terms

Agreement to Terms

By participating in the Supalytics Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not participate in the Program.

These Terms are in addition to the Supalytics Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which also apply to your participation.

Program Overview

The Supalytics Affiliate Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to Supalytics. When someone signs up through your unique affiliate link and becomes a paying customer, you earn a percentage of their payments.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Have a valid Supalytics account
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate payment information for commission payouts
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be a current employee or contractor of Supalytics

Commission Structure

Commission Rate

You earn 30% recurring commission on all payments made by customers you refer.

Recurring Commissions

Commissions are recurring, meaning you earn 30% of every payment your referred customer makes, not just their first payment. This includes:

  • Monthly subscription payments
  • Annual subscription payments
  • Plan upgrades

Attribution

We use first-touch attribution. The affiliate whose link the customer first used to visit Supalytics receives credit for the referral, regardless of subsequent visits through other links.

Attribution is tracked via URL parameters only. We do not use cookies for affiliate tracking, which means:

  • The customer must sign up in the same browser session they clicked your link
  • If a customer returns later without your link, attribution is not preserved

Payout Terms

Payout Method

Commissions are paid via PayPal. You must provide a valid PayPal email address in your affiliate dashboard to receive payouts.

Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed manually on a monthly basis. We typically process payouts within the first two weeks of each month for the previous month's commissions.

Minimum Payout

There is a $50 minimum payout threshold. Once your pending commissions reach $50, we will process your payout in the next monthly cycle.

Commission Status

Commissions have the following statuses:

  • Pending: Commission earned but not yet paid out
  • Paid: Commission has been paid to your PayPal account

Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your pending balance or future earnings.

Promotional Guidelines

Permitted Activities

You may promote Supalytics through:

  • Your personal website or blog
  • Social media accounts
  • Email newsletters (to subscribers who have opted in)
  • YouTube videos or podcasts
  • Online communities and forums (where permitted)

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Use paid advertising that bids on "Supalytics" or similar branded terms
  • Create fake reviews or testimonials
  • Make false or misleading claims about Supalytics
  • Send unsolicited emails (spam) promoting your affiliate link
  • Use cookie stuffing, adware, or other deceptive techniques
  • Impersonate Supalytics or claim to be an official representative
  • Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives
  • Promote on websites containing illegal, adult, or harmful content

Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Supalytics, in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws. Example disclosure: "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you sign up."

Intellectual Property

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Supalytics name and logo solely for promoting the Program. This license is revocable at any time.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify or alter the Supalytics logo
  • Register domain names containing "Supalytics"
  • Create social media accounts impersonating Supalytics
  • Use our branding in a way that implies endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship

Term and Termination

Term

These Terms are effective when you join the Program and continue until terminated.

Termination by You

You may leave the Program at any time by discontinuing promotion of your affiliate link. Any pending commissions will still be paid out.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Inactivity for 12 consecutive months
  • Providing false information

Upon termination for cause, you forfeit any unpaid commissions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, commission rates, or any aspect of the Program at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Supalytics is not liable for:

  • Technical issues affecting tracking or attribution
  • Delays in commission payments
  • Changes to commission rates or program terms
  • Termination of the Program

Our total liability is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions at the time of any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our main Terms of Service.
